A week ago my jeep wouldn't start so I was able to get a guy to jump start after I dropped my dog off at Dogtown. I was able to get to the jeep dealership, got right in & knew I needed a new battery. I was so happy to see Jason Lowe working at the front desk as I knew I would be well taken care of. The battery needed replacing as it was corroding, with battery acid & a crack. I had a very short window to get this done as I run a massage biz. I had my 1st client meet me at dealership to get me to office & was able to get a ride from the next client back. Since my jeep is almost at 100,000 mi, I knew that there were other services that needed to be done at this time. Jason explained what they were & suggested what could be done that day in the short window they had & w/ only 2 techs & closing at 4 on Saturday. I was back at the dealership at 2 after dropping jeep off at noon & was very surprised that jeep was finished. I had clients for the rest of day so needed to return by 2:30 & really didn't know how all was going to be pulled off time-wise. My expectations were exceeded w/ such excellent service after a setback in the day. I also had a coupon that the dealership sends out so was able to save $40 on the whole thing. The timing was simply perfect all around & everything stayed on track.

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely the best experience getting a new vehicle I’ve ever had. Thank you Jason for helping me get my dream Jeep! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

What an outstanding car buying experience! I called the dealership and spoke to T.A. (goes by his initials) and verified the vehicle I saw online was available. I made an appointment for 11:00 and T.A. met us at the door. After few minutes discussing the details, our Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk was brought to the front and we took a test drive. T.A. was the most professional salesman I've ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The same goes with everyone we met from the cashier to the finance officer. I can't recommend this dealership and our salesman, T.A., highly enough. You definitely earned my business. Thanks for a great buying experience.

I never knew spending so much money could be so much fun!!! Jason Jackson is an efficient professional salesman. He did not try to sell me something I didn’t want. He did not lie to me (I don’t think!), and he did not pressure me. He knows his vehicles. He knows the industry. He knows the importance of customer service. He treated me and my family with the utmost respect, but was also engaging. Even the man who handled my financing, Eddie Birkett, made this experience so painless; I actually enjoyed that part too. I am pretty demanding and expect good service. These good folks handled their business.
